Jim Williams is a principal of Shannon, Davis & Associates, Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Williams is an outstanding financial analyst for redevelopment and other forms of municipal finance. He provides fiscal impact analyses for capital improvements, economic development and redevelopment projects. He also prepares redevelopment plans and preliminary reports.
