Jim Williams is a principal of Shannon, Davis & Associates, Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Williams is an outstanding financial analyst for redevelopment and other forms of municipal finance. He provides fiscal impact analyses for capital improvements, economic development and redevelopment projects. He also prepares redevelopment plans and preliminary reports. As a consultant to many cities and the private sector and as a former city manager (Santa Monica), Mr. Williams is extremely useful in financial management. He served as Vice President for New Development with the May Company, responsible for West Coast development of four major regional shopping centers, satellite sub-regional commercial centers and multi-family housing.
