Nestled in the small community of Green Valley Lake at 7200', all cabins come with completely equipped kitchens, fireplaces, or wood burning stoves. Most have color TV with basic cable. Many are equipped with dishwashers, microwaves, and coffee makers. Some are also equipped with washers and dryers, VCRs, stereos, and CD players. Blankets and pillows are furnished; however, renters need to furnish their own sheets and pillowcases, towels and washcloths, paper products, and personal items. All cabins are privately owned, therefore, the decor reflects the taste of the owner.


  • Rate schedule is for summer Non-Holiday. Winter Non-Holiday rates - add $10 per night (November 1 through March 31).

  • Rates quoted are for maximum number of people allowed in cabin.
  • A $200 advance reservation fee is required to reserve a cabin. This deposit is applied to the rent upon arrival. We also require a $300 cleaning/damage deposit upon arrival along with the balance of the rent. This deposit is completely refundable if the cabin is left clean and undamaged.
  • We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards.
  • A 7% Bed tax must be added to above prices.
